All our work is landscape and fabric led with collaboration from clients to create buildings that complement you and the local environment. Additionally, we are acutely aware of the economic drivers of construction in the emerging markets of East Africa and incorporate strict budget control alongside sustainable principles. However, rather than just focussing on embodied or project costs we consider lifetime running costs to create a truly affordable building for the long term.

Consultancy
Working independently or alongside architects and engineers we ensure natural and alternative material choices are being specified correctly, providing detailed drawings for planning and construction purposes on a range of alternative materials including Straw Bale, Rammed Earth, Clay and Lime Plasters, Timber frame, Bamboo and recycled and composite materials.

We work in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), modular and offsite building and R&D for novel materials. All of which offer huge potential within emerging markets to bring down costs and improve building quality.

Project Management and Build Services
Project Management is critical to the smooth flow of any building project. Covering all elements of the build from quality and cost control, sub-contractor management, to site health and safety and work flow our Project Management services ensure the highest quality building delivered on time and on budget.
For residential and bespoke tourism projects we offer design and build services with a particular focus on Sustainable and Low Embodied Carbon building. With expertise in Straw Bale, Rammed Earth, Clay and Lime floors, Cob and timber we pull together craftsmen and master builders to make every build beautiful and unique.
